Archiving Policy

Archiving Policy

Machine Intelligence Research Labs (MIR Labs), Gwalior, supports the principles of Green Open Access and encourages authors to maximize the visibility of their research through self-archiving.

Self-Archiving

Authors may archive the submitted manuscript, accepted (peer-reviewed) manuscript, and published version of their articles in institutional repositories, personal websites, or other non-commercial repositories after publication, provided that appropriate citation to the published article is included.

Digital Preservation

All published articles are securely archived on the journal's servers through regular backups to ensure long-term preservation and uninterrupted access. Previous volumes remain permanently available through the journal website and official archives.

Third-Party Archiving

To ensure long-term digital preservation, journal content is archived with recognized preservation services such as PKP Preservation Network (PKP-PN), CLOCKSS, LOCKSS, OCLC WorldCat, and other trusted repositories. These archives ensure continued access to published content even if the journal website becomes unavailable.

MIR Labs is committed to preserving the scholarly record and ensuring the long-term accessibility of all published research.
