Plagiarism and AI Policy

Machine Intelligence Research Labs (MIR Labs), Gwalior, is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics in accordance with COPE guidelines.

All submitted manuscripts are screened using Crossref Similarity Check powered by iThenticate before peer review. Authors are expected to submit original work, properly acknowledge all sources, and obtain permission for the use of copyrighted material, including figures, tables, and images.

Plagiarism Policy

  • Manuscripts with minor similarity may be returned to authors for revision and resubmission.

  • Manuscripts with significant plagiarism or duplicate publication will be rejected.

  • If plagiarism is identified after publication, appropriate editorial actions, including correction, withdrawal, or retraction, will be taken.

AI Content Policy

  • AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) may be used only for language editing or writing assistance and cannot be listed as authors.

  • Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of their manuscripts.

  • Any use of AI-generated content must be clearly disclosed in the manuscript.

  • Undisclosed AI-generated text, AI-plagiarized content, fabricated information, or excessive AI-generated material (AI similarity exceeding 20%) is considered academic misconduct and may result in rejection or retraction.

Authors are encouraged to cite all sources accurately, use quotation marks where appropriate, and ensure complete compliance with ethical publishing standards before submission.
