Authorship Policy

Machine Intelligence Research Labs (MIR Labs), Gwalior, follows the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) recommendations for authorship and is committed to ensuring transparency and accountability in scholarly publishing.

Authorship Criteria

To qualify as an author, each contributor must:

Make a substantial contribution to the conception, design, data collection, analysis, or interpretation of the research.
Participate in drafting or critically revising the manuscript.
Approve the final version before publication.
Accept responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of the published work.

All authors must confirm their authorship, approve the manuscript submission, and agree to be accountable for the published content.

Author Identification

The corresponding author is encouraged to provide a persistent researcher identifier, such as an ORCID iD or Google Scholar Profile, to improve author identification and transparency.

Author Contributions

The corresponding author must clearly describe the contribution of each author at the time of submission. Contributions may include conceptualization, methodology, investigation, data curation, software, formal analysis, validation, visualization, funding acquisition, project administration, supervision, writing (original draft), and writing (review & editing). These contributions will be published with the final article.

Acknowledgements

Individuals or organizations that contributed to the research but do not meet the authorship criteria should be acknowledged with their prior consent. Funding agencies and other supporting organizations should also be appropriately acknowledged.

AI Authorship

Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, including generative AI systems, cannot be listed as authors. Human authors remain fully responsible for the originality, accuracy, integrity, and ethical compliance of the submitted manuscript.
