Peer Review Policy
Machine Intelligence Research Labs (MIR Labs), Gwalior, is a leading professional research organization dedicated to advancing science, technology, and interdisciplinary research through global collaboration.
To ensure the quality and integrity of published research, all submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process using the Open Journal Systems (OJS) manuscript management platform. The identities of both authors and reviewers remain confidential throughout the review process. All author-identifying information, including acknowledgements and conflict of interest details, is removed before manuscripts are sent for review.
Each manuscript is evaluated by independent experts based on originality, technical quality, methodological rigor, significance, relevance, and clarity. Reviewers provide constructive comments to help authors improve their work.
Based on the reviewers' recommendations, a manuscript may receive one of the following decisions:
- Accept – Accepted with or without minor editorial revisions.
- Minor/Major Revision – Authors are invited to revise the manuscript before a final decision.
- Reject with Resubmission Option – The manuscript is rejected in its current form, but resubmission may be considered after substantial improvements.
- Reject – The manuscript is not suitable for publication.
The Editorial Board makes the final publication decision after considering the reviewers' recommendations and the authors' revisions.
